Compliance & Contract ManagerGraeme, a Mechanical and Structures Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with a Diploma of Project Management, has been in the aviation industry since 1979. Within those 33 years, he has done a variety of different roles in different facilities. Graeme started working with Aircraft Structural Contractors (ASC) as a contractor in 2008, and came on to an office role early 2012, working on ISO: 9001 Quality Systems, and contract negotiation with various AMO companies.


Accounts/ Payroll OfficerStarting in April 2016, Jenn joined Aircraft Structural Contractors as assistant to the Financial Controller. Having previous experience in both administration & accounts roles. Jenn's main role is to support the Company‚Äôs Financial Controller, processing the fortnightly payroll, accounts payable & receivable data entering, invoicing our clients, purchase orders & all other accounts administration duties & enjoying the new challenges working within the Accounts team. Jenn reports to the  Financial Controller, Workshop Manager & Company Directors and is one of the main points of contact for all finance queries.


Business Support Co-ordinatorStarting in late 2011, Mikaela is the point of contact for Recruitment and Administration Enquiries. One of her main role is to place contractors in facilities best suited to them, whilst ensuring that flights, accommodation and any other requirements are done in a timely and professional manner. Mikaela has experience of dealing with mass recruitment campaigns and executive searching . This includes marketing/ advertising, general meet and greets with contractors and clients, and general headhunting. She also doubles as a Personal Assistant to the Compliance Manager, Workshop and Hangar Managers. Mikaela has worked in various administration/ secretarial roles since late 2009, obtaining Certificates I, II and III in Business.
Please note that Mikaela will be on Maternity Leave from 7th June, for a period of 12x months. During this time, all Recruitment will be handled by Peta Roberts.


Administration OfficerGeorgie has been doing administrative work since 1995, in varying different roles. She started at ASC in 2009, and has been the administration contact ever since, ensuring that all company/ contractor details are correct and up to date. Georgie also offer support to the Finance and Recruitment teams, as well as being a Personal Assistant to the Directors.
