Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year from Aircraft Structural Contractors.

Hello all,

How many of us know of someone who has been diagnosed with cancer? Unfortunately, in this day and age it seems to be more and more people getting affected by this horrible disease.

Aston Rhodes is an employee of Aircraft Structural Contractors, who was unfortunately diagnosed with a rare and aggressive type of cancer earlier this year.

After battling almost 12x months’ worth of chemotherapy, he has been advised that the cancer is still growing, and the current treatment won’t actually kill the cancer cells.

Aston has created a GoFundMe page to raise money for a new drug that may kill this form of cancer and save his life; however it is currently unavailable in Australia and is quite expensive.

For more information regarding Aston’s battle, please click the link below – any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank-you.

Special Guest Visit

Aircraft Structural Contractors were privileged enough to receive two special guests at our Workshops today – Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and LNP Candidate for Longman, Trevor Ruthenberg.

Our two guests were treated to a tour of our workshops, and given in depth information pertaining to the work being performed here on a daily basis.

Naturally, the ASC team were all quick to jump in for a selfie before the press conference began!

10 Years of ASC!

Today, Aircraft Structural Contractors reached a business milestone, as we celebrate our 10-year anniversary as an independent labour hire and component repair company in the aviation industry.

The past decade has had plenty of exciting opportunities arise, including receiving our CASR/ EASA Part 145 Approvals, and the opening of our Component Repair Workshops.

The achievements of any organization are the results of the combined efforts of every individual – thank-you to all involved for being part of our company’s success over the years.

Here’s to the next 10!

10 Year Ann.
