Join Our Team as a Truck Driver / Trade Assistant at our Caboolture Workshop Facility

Aircraft Structural Contractors is searching for a dedicated and reliable Truck Driver/Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Caboolture workshop. In this varied role, you’ll have the opportunity to assist with work on various aircraft components including transport between our facility and Clients. We are seeking someone who is committed to safety, has a strong work ethic, and can work effectively as part of a team.

What we are looking for:

• License – Current LR license as a minimum is essential
• Fork Lift License – Current forklift license desirable
• Relevant Experience – Bring your expertise to enhance our team
• Commitment to Safety – A strong dedication to safe working practices and high service standards
• Team Collaboration – Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to Detail – An eye for detail that ensures precision in your work
• Drug and Alcohol Screening – Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen
• Working Rights – Must have full working rights and reside in Australia
• Additional hours – Ability to do additional hours if required
• Clearance – Ability to obtain the required aviation security clearance & airside driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, collect or relocate equipment
• Carry out any general duties such as washing/cleaning truck/aircraft parts/components as required
• Assist tradesman as required
• Identify any potential hazards/defects
• Ensure all tasks are completed to highest possible standard
• Maintain clean/safe work areas
• Demonstrate good judgement and efficiency
