RECRUITMENT/ BUSINESS SUPPORT NEEDED!

Aircraft Structural Contractors is a small privately owned business, dedicated to providing staffing solutions for aviation across all our valued clients. Based in Caboolture, our offices are paired with workshops, central to the industrial estate. 

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Undertake on the job training in specialised business coordination and recruitment
• Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Support the recruitment and accounts team through efficient data and document management, procurement, phone and email correspondence, inbox and task management, inventory control, event management, bookings and daily office tasks
• Contributing to a culture of culture collaboration, continuous improvement and best practice by maintaining productive working relationships with both internal and external employees
• Receive a competitive remuneration
• Work an initial two days a week in a casual position with the possibility of more hours when needed to cover office shortages

Position requirements:

• Sound to advanced administration and Microsoft office knowledge
• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not necessary 
• Fantastic communication and phone manner
• Efficient time and task management skills 
• The ability to work independently and problem solve where necessary
• The ability to work as an effective member of a small dynamic team 
• Flexibility to work additional hours/ days when needed
• A valid drivers license and transport
