CASR Part 145 Maintenance Facility

Aircraft Structural Contractors consists of Workshop units at Axis Industrial Park in the suburb of Caboolture. A total of 791 square metres are workshop areas are available for production.

The CASA Approved units that are part of the Workshop facility are comprised of dedicated areas for repair and fabrication of Aeronautical products, mechanical, structures, composites, dedicated paint preparation area and paint booth with extraction system. We have a hydraulic strip and build area, as well as an NDT area dedicated to mag particle and fluorescent penetrant inspection. Also, there is a workshop that contains a dedicated composite area which is temperature controlled. A chemical mixing booth with extraction capability.

Provision of a secure storage facility for Aeronautical Products, Consumables and excess tooling and equipment is incorporated. A Forklift is available for all lifting and load/unload tasks. A Commercial truck for pick up / deliveries is available.

There is a separate Workshop administration and library area along with management offices and a Boardroom
